  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, macaroni noodles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese melts and everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece. Spoon a generous amount of the mac and cheese bacon burger mixture into the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
