Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Add in the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Fold in the seasoned ground beef mixture.
Assembly
- On a baking sheet, spread a layer of nacho chips. Spoon the mac and cheese mixture generously over the chips.
- Add an extra layer of shredded cheese on top.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and enjoy your Loaded Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Nacho Bombs!
Notes
Feel free to add jalapeños or bell peppers for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for a month. Reheat in the oven for best results.
