Ingredients
  

Meat and Dairy
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to swap with pepper jack for spice.
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup diced onion Cook until translucent.
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
Pasta and Chips
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni Cook slightly under to prevent mushiness.
  • 1 bag nacho chips
Condiments and Spices
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Add in the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Fold in the seasoned ground beef mixture.
Assembly
  1. On a baking sheet, spread a layer of nacho chips. Spoon the mac and cheese mixture generously over the chips.
  2. Add an extra layer of shredded cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and enjoy your Loaded Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Nacho Bombs!

Notes

Feel free to add jalapeños or bell peppers for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for a month. Reheat in the oven for best results.
