Ingredients
  

Beef and Bacon Mixture
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 box macaroni and cheese
Toppings and Buns
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 24 pieces slider buns

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions and set it aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the beef mixture into small patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until each side is nicely browned.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Assembly
  1. Spoon some macaroni and cheese onto each bun, followed by a cooked beef patty.
  2. Top each slider with diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the buns are golden and toasted.
  2. Serve these tasty loaded bites warm and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze uncooked patties and thaw as needed. Ensure they are reheated to an internal temperature of 165°F.
