  • 1 lb frozen french fries Use any frozen fries of your choice.
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For a spicier variation, use pepper jack cheese.
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions Omit for a more kid-friendly version.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
Special Sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the package instructions and bake the french fries until they are crispy and golden.
  2. While the fries are baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook it until it’s browned and fully cooked through; remember to drain any excess fat afterward.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning with the beef and follow the package instructions for cooking.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise to create your delicious special sauce.
Assembly
  1. Once the fries are out of the oven, transfer them to a large baking dish or a platter.
  2. Layer the cooked ground beef over the fries, then generously sprinkle on the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, chopped pickles, and crumbled bacon.
  3. Drizzle the special sauce over this glorious combination.
  4. Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve your loaded bacon cheeseburger nacho fries hot, and enjoy the explosion of flavors!
