  • 1 lb ground beef Browned and drained
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dough Ingredients
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
Garlic Butter Glaze
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Be sure to drain any excess fat.
  3. Incorporate the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese into the skillet. Stir until the cheese is completely melted.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 2-inch strips using a pizza cutter.
  5. Take each strip and tie it into a knot, tucking the ends beneath the knot for a neat appearance.
  6. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  10. Once removed from the oven, sprinkle the knots with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  11. Serve warm, and enjoy your cheesy, garlicky creations!

Notes

Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
