Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Be sure to drain any excess fat.
- Incorporate the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese into the skillet. Stir until the cheese is completely melted.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 2-inch strips using a pizza cutter.
- Take each strip and tie it into a knot, tucking the ends beneath the knot for a neat appearance.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Once removed from the oven, sprinkle the knots with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm, and enjoy your cheesy, garlicky creations!
