  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use your favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
For the dough
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough You can use homemade pizza dough if preferred.
For the topping
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
For the dipping sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Make sure to drain any excess grease when it's fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef with crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
  5. Distribute the beef mixture evenly onto the dough rectangles. Fold them over and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the knots.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the knots are golden brown.
Serving
  1. For a quick dipping sauce, mix ketchup and mustard in a small bowl.
