Ingredients

Lasagna Ingredients

  • 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
  • 2 packs frozen ravioli (25 oz each)
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach handfuls
  • 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Preparation

  • Pour the Alfredo sauce straight into the bottom part of your slow cooker.
  • Place the first group of frozen ravioli right over the sauce.
  • Add fresh spinach and shredded carrots on top of the ravioli layer.
  • Set another layer of frozen raviolis and pour more Alfredo sauce over it.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used up, finishing with Alfredo sauce on top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

Cooking

  • Set your slow cooker to high for about 3 hours, or low for 6 hours, until bubbling and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months. For added flavor, use cheese-filled ravioli, include additional vegetables, or broil the lasagna for a crunchier topping.
