Fruits

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Alternatively use raspberries or cherries
  • 2 cups blueberries Alternatively use blackberries
  • 2 cups mango, cubed Alternatively use peaches or ripe bananas
  • 2 cups kiwi, sliced Alternatively use pineapple or oranges

Cream and Toppings

  • 2 cups whipped cream Alternatively use Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola Alternatively use nuts or crushed biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons honey Alternatively use maple syrup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and slice your strawberries, kiwis, and mangoes. Set them aside in separate bowls.
  • In a chilled bowl, add cold heavy cream and whip until soft peaks form. Gradually add honey while continuing to whip. Make sure not to overwhip.

Layering

  • In your preferred glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of strawberries, followed by a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Continue layering with blueberries, then more whipped cream, and proceed with mango and kiwi.
  • Repeat the process until your glass is full, finishing with a generous layer of whipped cream on top.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Sprinkle granola on top for a satisfying crunch. Drizzle with additional honey if desired.
  • Allow it to chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together, then serve immediately.

Notes
