  • 1 piece Ripe kiwi Peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 piece Fresh lime juice Squeezed from half a lime

Sweeteners

  • 1-2 teaspoons Sugar or simple syrup To taste

  • 1-2 cups Club soda or sparkling water

Preparation

  • In a sturdy glass, add about 10 fresh blueberries and 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped. Muddle gently to release juices while keeping some chunks for texture.
  • Add 10-12 fresh mint leaves and muddle with the fruit. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
  • Add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar or simple syrup and stir gently until the sugar dissolves.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes, then slowly pour over club soda or sparkling water. Stir to combine all flavors and let chill.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a few whole blueberries for presentation.

Notes

Avoid over-muddling the mint to prevent bitterness. Taste and adjust sweetness according to personal preference. For a zero-calorie drink, consider using a sugar substitute or omitting sweetener.
