Filling Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Low-Carb Sweetener To sprinkle over the filling.

Frosting Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Also at room temperature.
  • 1/4 cup Low-Carb Sweetener To taste.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and sweetener.
  • In another bowl, blend cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly until a dough forms.
  • On parchment paper, roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Filling and Baking

  • Spread softened butter generously over the rolled dough.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and your chosen sweetener evenly across the surface.
  • Roll the dough into a log from one edge, keeping it tight.
  • Slice into approximately 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.

Frosting

  • While the rolls bake, whip together cream cheese, low-carb sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Once the rolls cool slightly, drizzle the cream cheese frosting over them.

Notes

Avoid overbaking for soft and fluffy rolls. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
