  • 2 tablespoons lime juice can substitute with lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper to create a savory marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour. Turn the bag occasionally to ensure even coating.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
Cooking
  1. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked, juicy, and no longer pink in the center.
  3. Serve the chicken hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Serve with cilantro-lime rice, mango salsa, or wrapped in tortillas.
