Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry angel food cake mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple (juices included). Stir until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the cake springs back when touched.

Cooling and Serving

  • Cool completely in the pan. Top with whipped cream and your favorite garnish before serving.

Notes

Ensure to combine the pineapple and cake mix well for a fluffy texture. Use vanilla extract for added flavor and let the cake cool completely before frosting to prevent the whipped cream from melting. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
