  • 3 large Egg Whites Use room temperature eggs for better whipping results.
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 3 oz Jello Mix (any flavor) Feel free to mix flavors for a unique twist!
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Almond extract can be used as an alternative.

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts Use as desired.
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Use as desired.
  • 1/2 cup Dried Fruit Use as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer on medium speed until they form soft peaks, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually add the granulated sugar, about a tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
  • Gently fold in the desired Jello mix until fully incorporated, maintaining the airiness of the mixture.
  • Add the vanilla extract, and optional nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating small mounds.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours to set.
  • After setting, peel off the parchment and serve.

Notes

Ensure all equipment is clean and grease-free for optimal egg white whipping. Don't over-whip the egg whites to avoid a dry mixture.
