Ingredients

Dough and Toppings

  • 1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 10 slices Genoa salami
  • 12 slices sandwich pepperoni
  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese (or shredded cheese)

Finishing Touches

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough to fit the size of the baking sheet.
  • Layer the meats: start with the ham, followed by salami, and finish with pepperoni. Add the cheese on top.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing the seam and ends well.
  • Use a serrated knife to score the top of the Stromboli with shallow cuts.

Baking

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mix over the top of the rolled Stromboli.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving

  • Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm, ideally with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to customize the fillings based on your preferences. Avoid overfilling to make rolling easier. Allow cooling before slicing for better holding.
