  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and Italian herbs.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

To store leftovers, allow the chicken to cool completely before placing it in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat before serving. For extra crispy chicken, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
