Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and herbs.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  • In the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and let it melt.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for longer than 30 minutes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for later use.
