  • 4 tablespoons All-purpose flour Can experiment with almond flour for a variation
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking powder

Crust

  • 2 tablespoons Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and then add the egg until fully combined.
  • Mix in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Crust Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Layer the crust mixture at the bottom of your microwave-safe mug.

Cooking

  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust, filling the mug about ¾ of the way.
  • Microwave for about 45-60 seconds, monitoring closely to avoid overflow.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
