  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until they’re tender.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add the cooked rice, stirring to combine everything well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.

Notes
