  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, white sugar, half and half, Bisquick, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serving

  • Allow to cool before serving.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or caramel sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze wrapped tightly for later enjoyment. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper or extra pumpkin pie spice.
