Ingredients
  

Tea Base

  • 2 bags chai tea bags
  • 1 cup water boiling

Pumpkin Mixture

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Latte Assembly

  • 1/2 cup milk or milk substitute
  • 1 serving Whipped cream for topping
  • 1 pinch Pumpkin pie spice for garnish
  • as needed Ice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brew the chai tea bags in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Assembly

  • Add the brewed chai tea to the pumpkin mixture and stir to combine.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the chai pumpkin mixture over the ice.
  • Top with milk and mix gently.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

  • Mix milk with a little pumpkin puree and sugar until frothy and creamy, then pour on top of the latte.

Garnish

  • Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the latte mixture in the refrigerator for up to two days, keeping whipped cream separate. Adjust sweetness and try different milk alternatives for variation.
