  • 1 cup hummus, divided into small portions
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup pita chips
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean and dry all containers and tools.
  2. Wash and slice all vegetables as needed.
  3. Portion out hummus into small individual containers.
  4. Use divided containers or bento boxes for neat packing.
  5. Arrange all veggies, pita chips, and pretzels around the hummus.
  6. Add a lemon wedge to each container for freshness and flavor.
  7. Store in the fridge and grab as needed throughout the week.

Notes
