Ingredients
  

Dough and Base

  • 1 batch Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • 1 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Hot honey Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 cup Vodka sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh mozzarella cheese Shredded or sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For greasing muffin tin
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For flavor enhancement
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated for topping
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into circles and press them into a muffin tin to form cups.
  • Bake the cups until slightly golden.

Assembly

  • Add a spoonful of vodka sauce to each cup.
  • Place sliced pepperoni and fresh mozzarella on top.
  • Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Use store-bought dough for convenience or customize the toppings to your liking. Adjust the heat level by controlling the amount of hot honey.
