  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons chili crisp (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional) Optional for extra flavor
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, gently warm the honey over low heat (do not boil).
  • Stir in the chili crisp, soy sauce, rice vinegar, smoked paprika (if using), and grated garlic.
  • Mix everything until it is well combined.
  • Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes on very low heat, allowing the flavors to infuse.
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Transfer to a clean glass jar.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Adjust the chili crisp based on your heat preference. Experiment with different types of honey for unique flavors.
