  • 2 tablespoons hot honey bacon jam Use high-quality for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese Substitute with pepper jack for more heat.

For garnish
  • Crispy bacon bits For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, hot honey bacon jam, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the egg yolks.
  4. Mash and mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with a corner snipped off.
  6. Pipe the filling into the egg whites.
  7. Top each deviled egg with crispy bacon bits and fresh chives.
  8. Serve the deviled eggs as a delicious appetizer for any occasion.
