Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, diced bacon, hot honey, milk, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture holds together.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Top with extra cheese and bacon as desired for that ultimate indulgence.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
