Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, diced bacon, hot honey, milk, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture holds together.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Top with extra cheese and bacon as desired for that ultimate indulgence.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze individual portions for up to 3 months. Reheat to 165°F (74°C) for safety.
