Preparation

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and salt.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour or until set.
  • Top with mini marshmallows if desired.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
