Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse and dry the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and cut them in half. Quarter larger sprouts for even cooking.
  • In a small bowl, mix together ¼ cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and minced garlic.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the honey glaze, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they have space for even roasting.
  • Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with extra honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For best results, choose uniform-sized sprouts. Use parchment paper on the baking sheet to prevent sticking. Avoid overcrowding for proper caramelization.
