  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
  1. In a skillet pan, melt the butter and honey over medium-high heat.
  2. Once melted, add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is cooked through.
  3. Add the chunks of cream cheese, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  5. Serve the Honey Butter Skillet Corn immediately.

Notes

Use fresh corn in season for an even sweeter flavor. Experiment with different cheeses for varied taste. For added flavor, incorporate minced garlic or herbs.
