- Dip each pretzel bite into the warm caramel sauce and return them to a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.
Make the Cheese Drizzle
- In a separate saucepan, melt the cheddar cheese along with the remaining 1/4 cup beer over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the beer-infused cheese over the cooled caramel pretzel bites and serve them warm.
