  • 28 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt (more or less to taste)

Preparation

  • Strain off most of the liquid from the canned diced tomatoes.
  • Combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, and seasonings in a food processor or a blender. Pulse until completely blended.
  • Use to make pizza right away or store for later.

Notes

To store your Homemade Pizza Sauce, transfer it to an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to a week. It can also be frozen for later use.
