Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm water Ensure the water is warm but not too hot for the yeast.
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Helps activate the yeast.
  • 2 tbsp Active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cups Flour All-purpose flour recommended.
  • 1 tsp Salt

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Can substitute with other meats or vegetables.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix with other cheese types.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until bubbly.
  • Mix in olive oil, flour, and salt until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Assembly and Baking

  • Roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles.
  • Place pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheeses on one half of each rectangle.
  • Fold over the dough and seal the edges.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze individually for longer preservation.
