Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8-10 cloves minced Garlic Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes (optional) Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce Can substitute for a plant-based alternative for vegetarian version.
  • 1 tbsp honey Adjust the sweetness according to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil Use for sautéing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and then add all the minced garlic.
  • Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Whisk well and allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce is fully blended.
  • Pour it on top of a Bok choy plate and enjoy.

Notes

To store Homemade Garlic Sauce, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge. It should stay fresh for about one week. Can be frozen in small portions for longer storage.
