Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 2 cups Vanilla ice cream (or any preferred flavor) Use your favorite ice cream flavor.

For Dipping

  • 1 cup Melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white) Can be customized to preference.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Crushed nuts Optional topping.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed cookies Optional topping.
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles Optional topping.
  • Popsicle sticks For holding the ice cream bars.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Scoop vanilla ice cream into molds or form into bar shapes using a spoon.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into each bar and freeze until solid (around 2-3 hours).

Chocolate Coating

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Once frozen solid, dip each ice cream bar into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it fully.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed nuts, cookies, or sprinkles on top of the bars.

Final Touch

  • Place the chocolate-dipped bars back in the freezer to harden for another 30 minutes.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal. Experiment with different toppings and ice cream flavors. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
