  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (I like 2-5%)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • to taste Salt

Optional (for dressing)

  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar To make a dressing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • If you’re making a dressing instead of a dip, add the lemon juice or vinegar at this step.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender or food processor as needed (about 30 seconds).
  • If needed, thin the dip out with a splash of water, 1 tablespoon at a time.

Serving

  • Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Use a high-powered blender for the smoothest consistency. Adjust ranch seasoning to taste for a stronger or milder flavor. Experiment by mixing in fresh herbs for additional flavor.
