Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, rolled oats, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool before slicing.
