Preparation
- Place the butterscotch chips and creamy peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high in 30-second intervals.
- Stir the mixture in between each interval until it becomes smooth and well combined.
- Once melted, add the salted peanuts and chow mein noodles, stirring gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Using a spoon, drop generous spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature until they set completely, then enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer and transfer to a freezer bag.
