Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips Can substitute with chocolate chips for a different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Can use nut-free alternatives for dietary needs.
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts Can use unsalted peanuts for less salt.
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles Gently mix to avoid breaking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the butterscotch chips and creamy peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high in 30-second intervals.
  2. Stir the mixture in between each interval until it becomes smooth and well combined.
  3. Once melted, add the salted peanuts and chow mein noodles, stirring gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Using a spoon, drop generous spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
  5. Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature until they set completely, then enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer and transfer to a freezer bag.
