Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for about 7-10 minutes on each side, basting with reserved marinade until fully cooked.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. When reheating, gently heat on the grill or in the oven. For longer storage, freeze cooked chicken for up to three months, ensuring it's well-wrapped.
