Preparation
- Pour 2 quarts of water into a 1-gallon pitcher.
- Add the Kool-Aid mix and sugar, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the pineapple juice and thawed frozen lemonade concentrate into the pitcher, stirring thoroughly.
- Moisten the rim of each serving glass by dipping it into water, then immediately dip it into the red sanding sugar.
- Just before serving, add ice cubes and the Sprite to the punch in the pitcher, stirring gently.
- Carefully pour the punch into the prepared glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the Grinch Punch in an airtight container in the fridge. Best enjoyed fresh, can be kept for up to two days. Refrain from freezing as the ingredients do not thaw well.
