Preparation
- Pour 2 quarts of water into a 1-gallon pitcher. Add the Kool-Aid mix and sugar, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the pineapple juice and thawed frozen lemonade concentrate into the pitcher. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
- Moisten the rim of each serving glass by dipping the rim into water, and then immediately dip it into red sanding sugar.
- Just before serving, add ice cubes and the ½ liter of Sprite to the punch. Stir gently.
- Carefully pour the punch into the prepared glasses with the red sanding sugar rims. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a sweeter treat, serve with holiday cookies or fruit salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for best freshness.
