  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's completely softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened Also needs to be softened to avoid lumps.
  • 4 cups powdered sugar Sift to eliminate clumps for a smooth texture.
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream Adds richness to the fluff.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For additional flavor.
  • Green food coloring Add until desired hue is achieved.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Fold in gently to keep texture.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing thoroughly after each addition until fully blended.
  3. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add green food coloring a few drops at a time, stirring until the desired shade is achieved.
  5. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with fruit, graham crackers, or as a spread. Can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Prepare a day ahead for convenience.
