- Pour in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until light and fluffy.
- Add green food coloring a few drops at a time, stirring until the desired shade is achieved.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with fruit, graham crackers, or as a spread. Can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Prepare a day ahead for convenience.
