Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, tossing to coat.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

Notes
