Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

For the skewers

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Add chicken pieces to the marinade, coating them well.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

Grilling

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Grill skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

For optimal flavor, reheat leftovers in the oven or on a skillet. These skewers can also be frozen for up to two months.
