  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.

  • Serve hot and enjoy with cucumber salad or coconut rice.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Experiment with adding veggies like bell peppers or onions for variety.
