ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Choose ripe peaches for best flavor.

burrata cheese
Can substitute with fresh mozzarella.

Toast in a dry skillet for better flavor.

Instructions
Preparation
Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
Grill the peaches over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly caramelized.
Arrange the arugula on a serving platter.
Top the arugula with the grilled peach halves, torn burrata, and toasted nuts.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately as a fresh and elegant summer salad.
Notes
Store salad components separately for freshness. Assemble just before serving.
