Salad Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted Choose ripe peaches for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 ball (about 100g) burrata cheese Can substitute with fresh mozzarella.
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or pecans Toast in a dry skillet for better flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  • Grill the peaches over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly caramelized.
  • Arrange the arugula on a serving platter.
  • Top the arugula with the grilled peach halves, torn burrata, and toasted nuts.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately as a fresh and elegant summer salad.

Notes

Store salad components separately for freshness. Assemble just before serving.
