Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade blend
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas

For Grilling

  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

Cooking the Beef

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Warming the Tortillas

  • Heat the tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave to make them flexible.

Assembling the Burrito

  • Lay a tortilla flat. Layer it with rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.

Grilling the Burrito

  • Heat a clean skillet and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese directly onto the skillet. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook until the cheese melts and forms a crispy crust, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and repeat for the other side.

Notes

Choose fresh ingredients for the best flavor. If you like it spicy, add jalapeños or hot sauce! Make sure to warm your tortillas well; this helps prevent tearing. Don't overstuff the burrito; it will be easier to grill and eat if it’s not too full.
