  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 pieces cucumber, finely grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce or spinach

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all tzatziki sauce ingredients until creamy and well blended. Chill until ready to use.

Assembly

  • Spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce onto each tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cooked chicken, and feta.
  • Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Best if reheated in a skillet. Marinate chicken overnight for deeper flavor and consider using fresh herbs for a vibrant tzatziki.
