Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits

  • 2 cups Grapes, red or green Slice in half if desired
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced Remove green tops before slicing
  • 1 cup Blueberries, whole
  • 1 cup Raspberries, whole Provides tartness
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds (optional) For added crunch and flair

Garnish and Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves, chopped For garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (optional) For added sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice A splash for brightness

Preparation

  • Gather all fresh fruits, sorting them for ease of preparation.
  • Rinse all fruits under cold water and pat them dry gently.
  • Prepare the fruits: Slice grapes in half if desired, remove green tops from strawberries and slice, keep blueberries and raspberries whole, and extract pomegranate seeds if using.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the fruits, being careful not to mash them.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey or maple syrup with lime juice and drizzle over the fruit, tossing gently to coat.
  • Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top for garnish.

Chill

  • Allow the salad to sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve in a clear glass bowl for presentation. You can pre-chop fruits ahead of time and assemble shortly before serving to maintain freshness.
