Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the steak to the marinade, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the steak from the marinade and sear it in the hot pan. Cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Once cooked, let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Pairs well with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad. Consider drizzling balsamic reduction or serving with herb butter for added flavor. Store leftover marinade in the fridge for up to a week.
