Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Layer the sliced chicken, brie, cranberry sauce, and crumbled bacon in the center of the pastry.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling, sealing the edges.
  5. Brush the top with beaten egg.

  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
