  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gingerbread cookie crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and sea salt.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a wreath-shaped pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes then allow to cool.
Making the Cheesecake Filling
  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling with cream cheese, sugar, spices, and eggs.
  2. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  3. Bake for around 45 minutes until set.
  4. Let it cool completely before refrigerating.
